A soldier has been caught receiving bribe along the popular Maiduguri-Damaturu highway.
A video seen by this newspaper shows the soldier crying and kneeling to beg his superior officer who caught him in the act.
The soldier was asked by the superior to surrender all the money extorted from motorists which he did.
It remains to be seen if disciplinary action will be carried out on the corrupt officer.
